Publication Ethics Statement
All parties involved in the publishing process (authors, editorial board and referees) must make decisions in accordance with the standards of ethical behavior. Rationalist Academic Research Journal expects all parties to adhere to these standards. Best standards of publication ethics are upheld and all possible measures are taken against publication malpractices. As a publisher, Rationalist Academic Research Journal takes seriously its duty of stewardship at all stages of publishing and recognizes its ethical and other responsibilities.
Authors should ensure that they include all sources used in the creation of their manuscript in the reference list.
When an author becomes aware of a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must immediately notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the article.
Authors must notify Rationalist Academic Research Journal of any conflict-of-interest situation.
All submitted manuscripts should be subjected to similarity check by the authors using the ithenticate program and the similarity report should be uploaded to the journal system with the article. Authors should strictly avoid plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. Except for the references section, articles with results whose similarity report exceeds 20% are not evaluated by the Rationalist Academic Research Journal.
International Standards for Editorial Board
Editorial Board and Editorial Board members are required to comply with the international standards of the Editorial Board. The editor and editorial board members of Rationalist Academic Research Journal are expected to voluntarily comply with international standards [ethical principles set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). https://publicationethics.org].
International Standards for Authors
The Rationalist Academic Research Journal does not require a signed submission letter from all authors of an article and does not impose any mandatory practices on authors. All authors applying to Rationalist Academic Research Journal are expected to voluntarily comply with international standards [ethical principles set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). https://publicationethics.org].
Authors must certify that their manuscripts are original works. Plagiarism, fabrication, forgery, duplicate publication, data fabrication, etc. are prohibited.
Authors should not cause physical or legal harm to research participants and should not engage in psychological abuse. Authors must also guarantee privacy, confidentiality and anonymity to research participants.
Authors should identify the people or institutions that supported the research (sponsor).
Authors must confirm that the article has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The Editorial Board thoroughly checks submitted manuscripts to determine their publication and to prevent misconduct. If a paper is identified as misconduct, the corresponding author is responsible for withdrawal or correction of the manuscript, based on feedback from the editor and reviewers.
The Editorial Board must keep confidential information about all submitted manuscripts.
The Editorial Board is responsible for making publication decisions for submitted manuscripts.
The Editorial Board should strive to meet the needs of readers and authors.

After accepting the invitation to referee, reviewers are required to comply with international refereeing standards. Reviewers must keep information about the manuscript confidential.
Reviewers should bring to the attention of the Editorial Board any information that may be grounds for refusing to publish the manuscript.
Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts for scholarship.
Reviewers should objectively evaluate manuscripts solely on the basis of their originality, significance and relevance to the journal's fields.
Reviewers must notify Rationalist Academic Research Journal of any conflict of interest.
Consent Policy
The author(s) must comply with ethical and legal standards, and the following conditions must be communicated to participants in the research conducted to produce the article:
